Individual & Family Marketplace Plans
If you’re not eligible for Medicaid or do not have coverage through your employer, you may need a Health Insurance Marketplace plan (also known as Health Care Exchange). FirstCare offers a range of Gold, Silver and Bronze Marketplace health plans with different coverage levels, deductibles and costs.
All of our Marketplace plans offer 100% coverage for preventive care. Pharmacy benefits are also included.
We’re happy to help you find a plan that fits your health needs as well as your budget. You may also be eligible for assistance with the Advance Premium Tax Credit or Cost Share Reduction program.
Gold
With our Marketplace Gold plans, you have low or no deductibles and pay the lowest out-of-pocket costs for covered services.

With our Marketplace Silver Plans, you will pay lower premiums than our Gold Plans. Your deductible may be as low as $0, and your copayments for doctor visits or medications may be as low as $5.

Expecting the Best® Maternity Program
FirstCare Health Plans is pleased to offer the Expecting the Best
® maternity program, focused on helping expectant mothers enjoy a healthy pregnancy. Once enrolled, participants can benefit from diverse program features for the duration of their pregnancy and one year postpartum. Participants receive helpful educational materials across distinct categories, including proper nutrition, early identification of pregnancy risk factors and available resources for any complications.
Pregnancy/Delivery
- Planning for delivery, including individual support during and after a pregnancy
- Early enrollment in service coordination support program
- Active guidance for high-risk pregnancy
- Access to a nurse 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Coordinated efforts to promote full-term birth, plus assistance for women who previously delivered pre-term
- In-home support for high-risk conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and severe nausea (for qualifying members and locations)
- Educational videos on focused topics
Postpartum
- Depression screening following delivery, including postpartum resources
- Parental education for newborn health during the first year
- Immunization reminders
- Planning for future pregnancies
- Planning and educational tools for returning to work
