FirstCare Plus offers members personalized health support tools—online and over the phone—as well as these additional resources:
 
  • 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line/Online Nurse Chat
Need care advice? Have a medical question? Not sure if you should see a doctor? For non-emergency symptoms and health or treatment questions, FirstCare Members have access to talk with a nurse 24 hours a day, every day. Get the information you need any time of the day or night by calling 1-855-828-1013.
 
  • Expecting the Best® Maternity Program
This maternity program provides expectant FirstCare members with easy access to important educational resources about their pregnancy and screenings to keep a close eye on high-risk pregnancies. Members also receive three separate health assessments (at the time of enrollment, at/around 28 weeks, and post-delivery), and a free informative book—Your Journey Through Pregnancy. Members also have 24/7 access to experienced nurses through a toll-free BabyLine®.
 
  • Online Wellness Resources
Take an online health assessment to tailor the site to your specific health needs and access various wellness information and activities. Check out the online chat options and wellness trackers too! The wellness program rewards members for their healthy activities, while providing personal health support for various health conditions and health risks.

NOTE: Currently, FirstCare does not offer monetary incentive or reward for FirstCare Plus members’ accrued points.
 
  • Condition Management Program
The condition management program provides specialized help from registered nurses for members with conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), coronary artery disease, heart failure, diabetes, and asthma. These services may include in-home biometric screening, personalized care plans, condition educational materials, coordination of care between your doctors and other benefits.
 
FirstCare members can access FirstCare Plus by logging on to myFirstCare Self-Service, or by calling 1-855-828-1013.
