FirstCare Plus gives our members personal health support through online tools and resources. You can take a customized health assessment. Check out any symptoms that are worrying you. Discover programs to help you take charge of your health and wellness.

Expecting the Best® Maternity Program
FirstCare Health Plans is pleased to offer the Expecting the Best® maternity program, focused on helping expectant mothers enjoy a healthy pregnancy. Once enrolled, participants can benefit from diverse program features for the duration of their pregnancy and one year postpartum. Participants receive helpful educational materials across distinct categories, including proper nutrition, early identification of pregnancy risk factors and available resources for any complications.
